The staff here were really friendly and helpful. the room was pretty spacious and had a cool modern vibe. It was nice to be able to enjoy a view from there. And having a shower, hair dryers, and comfy terry robes was definitely a nice touch! 🌟.

Quiet location in such a lovely place, easy to get anywhere. Also - right by East London, the beach and basic shops and basic shops. Contemporary and reasonably large room with a huge bathroom and climate control, multi-channel TV, and a mini bar fridge. Down pillows, very comfy bed.

I chose the Edge Boutique Bed And Breakfast for its convenient location near Gonubie Main Beach. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the concierge service at the property. The staff were extremely helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I loved the fact that the B&B is within walking distance of the town, where I could find a wide range of shops and restaurants. The tropical and indigenous garden on the banks of the Gonubie River provided a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere that I thoroughly enjoyed. Lastly, the cosy outdoor space with tables and chairs was perfect for relaxing and dining.

The only minor negative aspect of my experience was not being able to request a late check-out. It would have been more accommodating to have a bit of flexibility, especially when faced with flight delays.

The rooms are uniquely decorated in beautiful shades of teals and soft blues, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The views of the river and pool are absolutely stunning. The bathrooms are spacious and bright, with a contemporary finish. It's great to have a large shower to refresh and recharge. The Suite's bedroom and lounge have doors leading to a private balcony, allowing you to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The main bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed, a seating area, and a desk. Perfect for both relaxation and work.

Personally, I found the custom crafted furniture in the ground floor rooms to be a bit too modern for my taste. However, others may still appreciate its uniqueness and style.
